What is the booking process and mode of payment?

We request 50% of the total amount to be paid at the time of booking in Australian Dollars (AUD). Since we need to reserve the bungalow for you for those dates, we do require this to be settled. The remaining 50% will be paid directly to the owners – Kalmer and Louisa Vocor upon arrival in Vanuatu Bat (VAT).

Mode of payment is via Paypal/Credit Card or Bank Account. Paypal is a safe mode of payment and very straightforward. If you don’t have a paypal account, it is no problem. To make it easy for you, we will send you an invoice from our paypal account and you can use your credit card to pay to the paypal account email address on the invoice. If you prefer Bank Account that is ok too. There is a small charge for international payments via paypal,  credit card or bank transfers.

We don’t charge any booking fee if you contact us through our contact form on the website or via email.

Cancellation policy  – There are no fees if the cancellation period is 30 days or more before the date of arrival.

There is a charge of  20% admin fee if you cancel within 30 days of your date of arrival, and rest will be refunded to your account.

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date leads to a 100% forfeit of the total deposit or the equivalent of 50% of the total booking amount.

Please note that all fees incurred for the refund by the payment processor are taken from the total refund amount.
