Please can you tell us about your restaurant and food?

Our Cafe cum restaurant is open from 7am until 9pm. Breakfast  is served between 7am and 930am, there is All Day Menu, Lunch and Dinner Menu. We are proud to say that we offer one of the best selections in entire Santo. We have a varied and delicious selection of international cuisines from Europe, America, Asia, New Zealand, Australia and local Vanuatu and Santo food. All veggies and fruits are locally grown and organic and there is fresh local seafood and beef available. Plenty of vegetarian, vegan, gluten and dairy free options are also available and a great selection of shakes, smoothies, mocktails and other drinks are available.

Not only this we cater for special dietary requirements like gluten & dairy free, vegan and vegetarian. Please talk to our trained chefs and they will make sure to look after you well.
